Last Saturday, I spent the afternoon doing character sketches as part of Free Comic Book Day '09 at Comic Fusion in Flemington, NJ. As always hanging out with Stacy and the gang was a blast. There was a great turn out (Stacy said her best yet) and the store moved a lot of graphic novels. I got a lot of interesting requests art-wise, which gave me a good workout drawing characters I've never done before. My first poster, "Turbines To Speed!" made its debut and some Jersey Devil stickers were snatched up during the day. I've already been asked about coming back for Wonder Woman Day in October...definitely looking forward to it.Here are some of the sketches...
